Meeting Descriptions:
AA (Alcoholics Anonymous): A traditional 12-step mutual aid fellowship with the stated purpose of enabling its members to stay sober and help other alcoholics achieve sobriety.
Acu-Detox: A well established method of acupuncture that targets specific points on the ear involving detox and craving pathways. It has been shown to reduce cravings for alcohol and drugs including nicotine, minimize withdrawal symptoms, help control agitation and anxiety, while increasing calmness, energy, concentration and sleep.
Al-Anon and Nar-Anon: A fellowship that offers a program of recovery for the families and friends of those with and addiction.
Celebrate Recovery: A Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain or addiction of any kind. Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to find community and freedom from the issues that are controlling our life.
CODA (Co-Dependents Anonymous): A program of recovery from codependence, where participants may share their experience, strength, and hope in their efforts to develop healthy relationships.
FA (Families Anonymous): A 12-step program for relatives and friends of those struggling with an addiction.
NA (Narcotics Anonymous): A traditional 12-step mutual aid fellowship of men and women for whom drugs have become a major problem.
Restore: A Christ-centered, 12-step support group for those who are struggling with addictions. Restore focuses on helping people find real answers and solutions through facilitated group discussions and personal testimonies.
Restore Families: A Faith based support group for those who love someone struggling with an addiction.
SMART Recovery: A secular and science-based approach, using cognitive behavioral therapy and non-confrontational motivational methods to help people recover from all types of addiction and addictive behaviors.
YARN: Young Adult Recovery Network The Ties That Bind Us discusses how God is impacting and helping you in your recovery. And while we may not all be of the same faith, we have all surrendered our will to the will of our God. The YARN is not about the conversion of anyone from one faith to another, but about a mutually respectful society that understands there are many pathways to recovery. Offered by SDG.
