Are you utilizing Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) in your addiction recovery? Not all self help and mutual support groups are designed to be supportive of this recovery tool.
MARA, Medication Assisted Recovery Anonymous, is designed to be a non-judgemental place where all those using medication to assist their recovery are welcome.
“Medication-Assisted Recovery Anonymous is a support group of people who believe in the value of medication as a means to recovery. We understand that our individual needs may not be the same; our backgrounds may not be the same; our futures may not be the same. However, our desire to live a safe lifestyle joins us together. Non-judgement is our code.” – MARA Preamble

It’s exciting to see a meeting that focuses on medicatated assisted recovery. I am a person in long-term medicated assisted recovery. I am also a Peer Support Specialist working in the field. I am sharing your meeting info as much as I can.
Thank you for your service.
Tina
I agree with you Tina, do you know of any in person meetings that may be available in the Camden, Gloucester, and Burlington Count areas? Please let me know if you do, thanks!
I work in the field as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and I am also earning a bachelors in human service. Many of my clients need this type of support as well as myself. I am very interested on information of how I can set up a weekly meeting and if there is literature or supplies that I would need. Can someone please get back to me and let me know.
Thank you,
Kimberly Payne, CPRS
